Some time ago I wrote that Blogs are the New CVs … but in true social media form, new and innovative approaches have, perhaps, rendered this a little simplistic. After all, the same ideas can be applied to Facebook Fan Pages, YouTube channels and so on.
But what are the best examples?

Hi Gavin,
Thanks for the thought starter on this subject, I recently dropped a written CV in favour of my social media profile and the impact that has had on my Google results. Now when I’m meeting with prospective clients I get them to Google me, really makes a big difference.
Thanks
Mike
