Penelope Trunk of Brazen Careerist has pulled together an excellent list of blog posts that you should read if you have been laid-off. There are a wide variety of personal branding and management sites, and even one filled with bartending tips. There is even a blog by Kyle Lacy which provides guidance on getting involved with social media.

But this great post by Mack Collier explains just how to use social media to land your next job. He starts with the nuts and bolts of LinkedIn (also see Using LinkedIn to Your Advantage) and then moves his attention to Twitter.
